Security Engineer – Palo Alto Idira (CyberArk)

Overview:
We are seeking a high-caliber Security Engineer – Palo Alto Idira (CyberArk) to serve as the end-to-end technical authority across our enterprise Privileged Access Management (PAM) portfolio. Designed for a seasoned expert, this role spans the full client lifecycle – shaping complex solution architectures in presales, leading critical enterprise deployments, and providing high-level post-sales strategy and escalation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Enterprise Presales & Solution Design: Lead architectural discovery sessions with enterprise clients, design scalable PAM solutions, execute complex Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and present directly to C-level stakeholders.
• Professional Services Leadership: Spearhead end-to-end deployment, customization, and seamless integration of CyberArk solutions within complex hybrid, multi-cloud, and legacy enterprise IT ecosystems.
• Post-Sales Technical Ownership: Act as the ultimate technical escalation point, performing deep-dive troubleshooting, architectural health checks, system upgrades, and long-term PAM roadmap optimization.
• Strategic Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to key accounts, aligning privilege management capabilities with client compliance and risk-mitigation frameworks.
Requirements
Certifications: CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE) PAM is required.
• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience, including at least 3 years dedicated to CyberArk presales, architecture design, and professional services implementation.
• Technical Mastery:
o Advanced architectural knowledge of CyberArk Core PAS (EPV, CPM, PSM, PVWA, PTA).
o Proven expertise integrating CyberArk with enterprise systems (Active Directory/LDAP, SIEM, HSM, Identity Providers, ServiceNow).
o Strong foundation in enterprise OS (Windows/Linux), complex networking, TLS/SSL certificate lifecycle management, and security protocols.
• Client Engagement: Exceptional client-facing presence with a proven track record of handling senior technical leadership and enterprise decision-makers.
• Multiple CDE Credentials: Possession of an additional CyberArk CDE Certification is an advantage (e.g., CDE for Privilege Cloud (CPC), Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM), Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Secret Manager).
