Roles & Responsibilities:
• Assist in the remote implementation of SailPoint and other security projects (IAM, PAM, SSO, PKI), ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Provide ongoing remote support and maintenance for deployed SailPoint systems.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for SailPoint projects.
• Remotely demonstrate SailPoint systems and solutions to clients, showcasing their features and benefits.
• Assist in handling tender proposals and business proposals related to SailPoint and other IAM solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements and company standards.
• Collaborate remotely with senior engineers, consultants, partners, and customers based in Hong Kong to deliver high-quality SailPoint solutions.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to SailPoint deployments.
• Stay updated with the latest SailPoint technologies and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of IT security experience.
• Experience with SailPoint is a big PLUS.
• Experience with other IAM solutions like CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Saviynt, Okta, One Identity, ForgeRock is a big PLUS.
• Experience with IAM solutions for cloud service providers (Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Microsoft Azure) is a PLUS.
• Relevant experience in PAM, SSO, and PKI is a PLUS.
• Strong understanding of SailPoint implementation and support processes.
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin).
• Ability to create detailed and accurate technical documentation.
• Experience with handling tender proposals and business proposals is a PLUS.
• Positive working attitude with a passion for technology.
• Creative, independent, and good at problem-solving.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Candidates possessing greater experience and superior qualifications will be designated as Senior IAM & Security Consultant – Identity & Access Management
