SailPoint Senior Consultant – Identity & Access Management

Overview:

We are partnering with a well-established IT company to recruit a highly experienced SailPoint Senior Consultant for their dynamic technology business team in Hong Kong.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Engage in pre-sales activities for IAM projects, including solution design, bill of materials, and scope of work.
• Serve as an authoritative SailPoint Consultant, focusing on deployment-related aspects of SailPoint technologies.
• Lead or support deployment engineering for SailPoint projects.
• Provide troubleshooting and support for SailPoint, both during projects and post-production.
• Implement requirements, processes, and documented use cases with minimal customization.
• Participate in all SailPoint deployment activities, including connector configuration, custom rule development, workflow configuration, and third-party system integration.
• Lead or assist in User Acceptance Testing and related re-engineering efforts.
• Design, implement, and educate on SailPoint build processes, code migration, and source control practices.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation for IAM deployments.
• Provide knowledge transfer and post-production support as needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of IT security experience.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in IAM.
• Proficiency with SailPoint is required.
• Experience with other IAM solutions such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Saviynt, Okta, One Identity, or ForgeRock is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with IAM solutions for cloud service providers (Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Microsoft Azure) is a plus.
• Experience with PAM, SSO, and PKI is desirable.
• Strong communication skills in Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) and English.
• Positive attitude, with a passion for information security.
• Creative, independent, and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the role of Security Engineer – IAM.
