We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist based in Malaysia to join our team. . This is a remote position based in Malaysia, where you will collaborate with our marketing team in Hong Kong. As a Marketing Specialist, your main responsibilities will include marketing assistance, coordination, and providing support as a marketing team secretary.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives, including content creation, social media management, and event coordination.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of marketing activities.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and managing documentation.
• Conduct market research and analysis to gather insights and support decision-making processes.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing team in Hong Kong to align strategies and share best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to contribute to marketing strategies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in other languages, especially Mandarin, is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools and analytics software.
• Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and remotely.
• Knowledge of the Information Technology market or Hong Kong will be a plus.
