Overview
IONshore Technology Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to support CLP’s Digital/BE/Assets and Operations Services. This role involves overseeing IT project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with business goals. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing system analysis, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving project success through effective leadership and vendor management. The successful candidate will work closely with CLP teams to support system enhancements and ensure seamless project execution.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Conduct user requirement studies, system analysis, and design for IT projects.
• Plan and implement system enhancements, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for solution planning, service delivery, and technical support.
• Manage IT system implementations critical to CLP’s operations, including:
– Outage Management System
– Security System
• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of projects.
• Participate in all phases of system development, including deployment, testing, training, cutover, rollout, documentation, maintenance, and support.
• Ensure compliance with best practices, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
Key Requirements
• Education: Recognized university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines. A Master’s degree is desirable.
• Experience: 4-6 years of IT service experience, with extensive project and vendor management exposure.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on development experience or knowledge in any of the following areas is advantageous:
– IT applications in utilities or the energy industry
– GE PowerOn, LENEL, Milestone
– .NET, .NET Framework, JavaScript, PowerShell, Microservices, PowerApp, TSQL, RDBMS (MS SQL Server, Oracle Database)
– Cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, virtualization, and related cloud services
– Project implementation in different cloud models
– Agile software development methodologies (Scrum, DevOps, API-based integration)
– Design thinking principles
• Certifications (Preferred): ITIL, PMP, COBIT, ScrumMaster, DevOps, or other relevant credentials.
• Key Competencies:
– Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English (spoken and written).
– Effective vendor, change, and relationship management.
– Proactive, performance-driven, and results-oriented.
– Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Monthly Salary Range
• Candidates with higher qualifications and extensive experience will be considered for the Senior Project Manager title and will be offered a higher salary beyond the suggested range.
